In my time as Editor-In-Chief, Charger Press has witnessed a 107% increase in visits. We have doubled our output of articles and looked for new ways to ensure these articles are read. I have taken it upon myself to email my school's Parent Press every other week to update a list of articles for parents to read. This list links each article to its respective name. I also have encouraged staff to share their articles on their social media platforms. Finally, these articles are shared with the whole staff. One of our staff writers gained so much recognition for an article that she got recognized in an article by the Waukesha Freeman, our local newspaper.
